Oklahoma's oil industry has a lot of jobs to fill.

Worldwide demand for oil is way up, and add the destruction of hurricanes Katrina Rita, and you've got an industry hiring spree.

Ronnie Irani with RKI Exploration And Production says, "The whole thing erupted on us quite suddenly. What you are seeing today perhaps may have happened a year or two down the line, but because that production went away, we saw there's nothing else to replace it."

The oil business needs to fill up to 4,500 jobs in Oklahoma.
