An overnight incident is an important reminder not to turn your back on an open door. A Tulsa homeowner has learned that lesson the hard way.

Late last night, a man was watching TV in his garage near 46th and Sheridan.

He went inside his house for just a minute. When he returned, he found an intruder.

The homeowner managed to chase the man off. Tulsa Police eventually captured the intruder a few blocks away.

He faces larceny charges.
