STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- A man facing child pornography charges is in jail after failing to show up for the start of his trial in Payne County District Court in Stillwater.

36-year-old Otis Lacy of Cushing was arrested after showing up late for the start of the trial.

He's accused of having sex with a 17-year-old girl, taking pictures of sex acts and having a 14-year-old girl distribute copies in student lockers at Cushing High School.
