A 62-year-old Bartlesville woman is in Washington County jail after Bartlesville Police say she used her car to kill her husband.

Marilyn Goetz was charged with second-degree murder. Investigators say she ran over 79-year-old Elmer Goetz in a driveway with her car, then drove off and left him there to die.

Court records show Marilyn Goetz had filed for a divorce and both had taken out protective orders against each other.
