The man accused of stabbing an Oologah-Talala paramedic is scheduled for court. 45-year-old Allen Weddle's trial is scheduled to begin in Rogers County.

Prosecutors have charged Weddle with assault and battery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery with a weapon and first-degree burglary.

Weddle is accused of stabbing 24-year-old Emily O'Banion earlier this year, after she refused to give him morphine.
