TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The Red Cross in Tulsa is asking for volunteers to help care for hurricane refugees staying at Camp Gruber near Muskogee.

Spokeswoman Nellie Kelly says people are needed to help prepare and serve food and to help people who have special needs. The volunteers will be given free transportation and meals.

Kelly says there are about 300 adults and children still living at Camp Gruber.
