WILKES-BARRE PA. (AP) An Oklahoma man wanted on rape and sodomy charges turned himself in to Wilkes-Barre Police Friday afternoon.

Police said Jake Reed, 46, notified local police that he was wanted by Wagoner County Sheriffs Office in Oklahoma and was taken into custody at 1:30 p.m. without incident.

He was arraigned by District Judge Michael Dotzel and remanded to the Luzerne County in lieu of $100,000 bail.
