Tulsa Police have searched several residences after an informant told them drugs were sold from the houses. One of the homes belongs to former OSU football player Prentiss Elliott.

Officers searched four homes Wednesday night, after an informant gave them several tips. Affidavits from the Tulsa County courthouse say a confidential informant told police Elliott and a man named Ernest Dixon both kept firearms at their house and in their yards.

The informant also told police he'd seen Elliott and other men bagging and selling marijuana from two homes on east 30th Street North. Detectives say Elliott associates with members of the G-Unit gang, who are currently fighting with the Hoover Crips.

The informant says Elliott is back in town and wants revenge for a recent homicide victim that was close to him. When police searched Prentiss' house, they found shirts and hats that say G-Unit, which is a brand of clothing. They also found an OSU jersey and a cell phone with 49 Crip on the screen.

Officers say they also found marijuana, guns and ammunition at the other houses.

Elliott was charged with transporting a loaded firearm, obstructing an officer and several traffic offenses. All of those charges are misdemeanors.

Elliott's former attorney has said police are picking on Elliott because he was once charged with shoving a police officer. That misdemeanor case put Elliot on probation.

Eliott denies he's involved with gangs.
