A traffic stop leads to a foot chase and arrest.

About 1:15 AM Monday, near the Fall's Apartments at 61st and Memorial, Tulsa Police made a traffic stop to check out a driver's expired tag. There were two women and one man in the car.

One of the women tried to run away on foot, but she was soon captured. She was arrested on several charges.

The driver was ticketed for the expired tag.
