BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) _ A 21-year-old Bristow man was killed early Saturday morning when his pickup ran off the road and overturned.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Michael Paul Childress was pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol says Childress was southbound on State Highway 48 when he ran off the road and rolled his truck. During the wreck, Childress was ejected and the truck came to rest on top of him.

The OHP says Childress was not wearing his seat belt.
