NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher says former Oklahoma cornerback Andre Woolfolk has been quietly improving.
The player's on the spot this year, trying to break into the 1st team.
The Titans gambled on Woolfolk in 2003, making him their top draft pick even though he hadn't been a cornerback long in college. Now entering his 4th season, he's the oldest cornerback on the roster but having a hard time finding a spot on the field.
Currently, Woolfolk is working behind a pair of players drafted in 2005. Adam "Pacman'' Jones is the starting right cornerback, while Reynaldo Hill, a 7th rounder, is ahead of Woolfolk at left cornerback.
