If you're going to steal something, you probably shouldn't leave your picture at the crime scene.

The Ottawa County Sheriffâ€™s Office says that's exactly how they were able to arrest Trey Ingram.

Ingram is suspected in two burglaries. At one crime scene, detectives found some wadded up pieces of paper near a trash can. On them, investigators say was photocopied images of Ingram, including one of his face.

Detectives used the photo to track down Ingram at a nearby Miami apartment building.
