WASHINGTON, Okla. (AP) _ A Washington, Oklahoma, man was killed after his sport utility vehicle blew a tire and rolled off a bridge in McClain County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Dennis Beller was pronounced dead at the scene of Saturday night's crash.
The patrol says Beller was driving eastbound about 10:30 Saturday night when the right front tire blew out on his GMC Yukon. The OHP says Beller lost control, hit a guard rail and slid for about 180 feet before rolling off the bridge and hitting an embankment.
Troopers say Beller was not wearing a seat belt.
