Police in Okmulgee are investigating a deadly shooting.

Officers say Justin Caywood was shot in the stomach Friday night and later died from his wounds. They believe Justin's brother James Caywood-Junior was the shooter. He was arrested and booked on a complaint of second degree murder.

Officers say the two men were at their mother's home in Okmulgee when they got into an argument and James pulled out a gun.
