BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- A Bartlesville woman will go on trial October 16th on charges she killed her estranged husband by running over him with her car.

Marilyn Jo Goetz is charged with second-degree murder in last September's death of Elmer Goetz.

Witnesses told police Marilyn Goetz had pulled into the driveway of Elmer Goetz's home and when he yelled at her to leave she accelerated and ran over him.

Court records show the Goetz's were going through a divorce and had protective orders against each other.
