NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Fall practices are now set for the Oklahoma football team.

The Sooners are to report on August 2nd then work out in helmets the next day.

Media Day will be the morning of August 4th with the public invited to meet players and coaches the same day from 10:30 until 12:15.

Scrimmages are scheduled for August 12th and 19th.

Practices are open to the public until classes start on August 21st.

The season opener is September 2nd against Alabama-Birmingham.
