A Bixby golfer is frustrated and upset after someone took his prized clubs during a high school all-state tournament.
Josh Sallee will head off to college this fall. He had hopes of making the golf team at the University of Central Oklahoma. But during a tournament in Broken Arrow this past weekend, someone took his clubs.
He says getting used to a new set will hurt his chances of making the college golf team. "I mean it was kind of like panic mode for me. They were trying to calm me down, but that was like my pride and joy was that set."
Josh saved up and traded for the clubs over the years. They're valued at $2,500, but are priceless to him.
Anyone with information that could help should call Broken Arrow Police.
