WAGONER, Okla. (AP) _ A Tulsa woman is dead after a three-car accident on US Highway 51 near Wagoner.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Raena Lewis was killed in the collision just after 6:15 Monday night.

Troopers say Lewis was westbound when a car in front of her slowed suddenly to turn onto a county road. Lewis braked her car, then was hit in rear by another car and knocked into the eastbound lanes where she was hit by a pickup truck.

The driver of the pickup and a passenger in the car that hit Lewis' car suffered minor injuries in the collision.
