A Tulsa County prosecutor says if charges are filed in connection with a crash that killed a Jenks High School football player, they likely would be in juvenile court.
Doug Drummond says there is no determination yet whether a crime was committed. 17-year-old Garrett Bennett was killed July 12th.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say the sport utility vehicle Bennett was in was going more than 90 miles per hour when it swerved, crossed into oncoming traffic and flipped several times.
The OHP accident report says the SUV was struck in the windshield by a paintball from another vehicle.
