TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ The Oral Roberts basketball team is getting two transfers from other Division One schools, including one from Kansas State.
ORU coach Scott Sutton says Kansas State guard Curtis Allen and forward Marcus Lewis from Portland will join the Golden Eagles.
Allen and Lewis are juniors and were teammates in high school in Long Beach, California. Both will have two years eligibility after sitting out the coming season.
Allen averaged almost two-and-a-half points and nearly two rebounds per game in 22 games with Kansas State last year.
Lewis averaged nearly ten points and six rebounds a game in two seasons at Portland.
