Authorities searched Skiatook Lake again Sunday for a man they believe drowned after a boating accident Saturday.

The Oklahoma Lake Patrol says 46-year-old Charles Howard was knocked into the lake Saturday when another boat collided with his boat.

The driver of the other boat, 40-year-old Carl Wayne Downing of Skiatook was thrown overboard but was not injured.

The patrol says Downing was wearing a flotation device, Howard was not.
