SAPULPA, Okla. (AP) _ A Tulsa defense attorney may be investigated on an accusation he tried to change a witness's testimony in the trial of former Creek County Judge Donald Thompson.

Comanche County District Judge Charles Allen McCall, who presided over the Thompson trial, has sent a letter to the state Attorney General's Office. McCall says claims against attorney Clark Brewster present issues for review by the Oklahoma Bar Association and possibly the multicounty grand jury.

Thompson was convicted last month on four felony indecent exposure counts involving his use of a penis pump during court proceedings.

Helen Orcutt was among nine former jurors who testified in the case. Orcutt said Brewster had asked her to change her story on the witness stand.
