UNDATED (AP) _ More Oklahomans are dying on the state's roads and highways this year.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 360 people have been killed in highway mishaps so far this year. At the same time last year, 357 people had died.

Troopers say eleven people have been killed in highway crashes so far this month. A total of 14 were killed during the same period in July 2005.

The patrol says a total of 779 people died in crashes on the state's roads and bridges in 2005. That's two more than were killed during 2004.

Last year's death toll was a triple-digit increase over the 671 people who died in 2003.
