OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) An Oklahoma City federal magistrate sentences a Seiling doctor to five years of probation for failing to file his 2002 tax return.

Prosecutors say 62-year-old Porter Bass Leslie also must write a letter detailing his crime to the local newspaper.

Leslie works at Seiling Municipal Hospital. He pleaded guilty in December to willfully failing to file an income tax return in 2002.

Leslie earned more than $190,000 in 2001.
