Tulsa Police say the city’s 37th homicide of the year is likely drug or gang related.
Homicide detectives arrested 20-year-old Antwan Lewis Thursday evening on a complaint of first degree murder.
Records say Lewis and another man went to Ben Hill Park in the 200 block of East Latimer, Wednesday night to meet 19 year old Orlando Prudom. Lewis told police the man with him pulled out two pistols and shot Prudom.
However, another witness told police Lewis had said he was going to "smoke someone" at the park.
