A follow-up on a story the News on 6 brought you this week. The city of Tulsa sent an engineer to Gordon Hard's home Wednesday to check out the damage from last week's flash flooding.
Water rushed through Hard's backyard near 15th and Frisco and flooded his garage and basement.
Because his storm drain was clogged, Hard thought the city might be responsible. But after Wednesday's assessment, he doubts he'll receive any help. "I expected something better. I expected them to you know, help me out a little with the clean up. It was their drains that failed, but either way it's got to be done."
The city of Tulsa has made no definite decision yet. But whether or not it helps Hard, the city may put in a new storm drain.
