Tulsa Police arrest two more people involved in a drive-by shooting in the 5600 block of North Garrison Court earlier this week.
The shooting critically injured a 4-year-old boy.
Officers say they have four men in custody connected with this case. They believe they have the shooter, the man who drove the car, the target of the drive-by shooting and another man, Tulsa Police say was planning retaliation.
Detectives, on Wednesday, arrested 19 year-old Arthur Walker and 19 year-old Prentice Hay. Hay faces a complaint of shooting with intent to kill and Walker faces accessory to a felony charges.
A tip to police about their car led to a traffic stop, where both men were arrested. Tulsa Police officer Scott Walton: "Anytime we can someone who demonstrates a passion for this kind of violence off the street, we feel like we've accomplished something."
Police say 18 year old DeAngelo Cooper, was the target of the shooting. He's in the Tulsa County jail for not cooperating with police in the investigation. Police also arrested 20 year old Robert Holmes on guns and drug charges.
Detectives close to the case say the shooting was gang related and both the shooters and the intended targets are members of the Hoover Crips gang. Officers are also questioning a juvenile in the case.
As for the people hit by the bullets. The woman, Lisa Brown, is out of the hospital, but 4-year-old ReShannon Phillips Jr. remains in the hospital.
