STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- A 21-month-old boy has died after being left in a hot car outside his home.
Chief Medical Examiner Kevin Rowland said the child, Banyan Blaze Roberts, had a temperature of 107.9 degrees at the hospital and no other signs of trauma. An official cause of death had not yet been determined.
Payne County Undersheriff Noel Bagwell said the boy was unresponsive when sheriff's deputies arrived Sunday at the home southeast of Stillwater. He was taken to a hospital, where he died later Sunday.
Bagwell said the case was under investigation.
