Tax relief for Tulsans whose property was damaged by hurricane force winds earlier this month.

Storm victims in midtown Tulsa are entitled to have their home or business property taxes lowered to reflect the storm damage. On June 6th, 80 mile an hour winds from a "microburst" knocked down power lines and trees and tore roofs off some buildings.

Those affected should contact the Tulsa County Assessors Office by June 30th.
