TULSA, Okla. (AP) Williams Partners LP priced its offering of $6.6 million of its common units at a price of $31.25 cents per unit.

Williams Partners, which primarily gathers, transports and processes natural gas and fractionates and stores natural gas liquids, announced the offering Monday and the offering price yesterday.

Williams Partners intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to help fund purchase of a 25.1% interest in Williams Four Corners LLC, a subsidiary of The Williams Companies Incorporated.

At closing, the partners will own natural gas gathering, processing and treating assets in Colorado and New Mexico.
