OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani makes his first visit to the Oklahoma City National Memorial.

After arriving in Oklahoma City about 1pm yesterday for a speaking engagement at a motivational seminar at the Ford Center, Giuliani toured the memorial's outside site and museum.

Giuliani spoke briefly with reporters about the similarities of how the communities rallied after the April 19th, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building, and the September 11th, 2001, attacks that brought down the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
