OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma will receive about $19.5-million in federal homeland security grants this year.
That's about $8-million less than was awarded to the state by the US Department of Homeland Security last year.
Oklahoma's homeland security director Kerry Pettingill said the decline in federal money was not unexpected and is part of a national trend of declining homeland security revenue.
