Tulsa Police arrested Samuel Leonard and James Marshall Junior in connection with a shooting at a Kum and Go in west Tulsa early Monday morning.

Officers say the victim was walking across the street , in the 6400 block of West 8th Street, when a car with the suspects inside drove up and shot him.

The victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital with a gun shot wound to the neck. We don't have an update on his condition.
