Tulsa detectives say a man charged in a fatal shooting at a taco stand in Tulsa last month may have fled the state.

Prosecutors on Friday filed a first-degree murder count against Javier Vergara.

The 26-year-old is accused of shooting Gabriel Gonzalez to death on March 19th.
