Woman Faces New Rape Charge

Washington County prosecutors have leveled a new charge against a Bartlesville woman now accused of raping a 14-year-old boy.  27-year-old Crystal Outlaw was charged last week with rape by instrumentation in the assault of a 13-year-old girl in July and August. 

Prosecutors have added a 2nd-degree rape charge against Outlaw in connection with 3 assaults on a teenage boy. 

County officials say Outlaw was released on $20,000 bail and is set to return to court in Bartlesville on all counts in January.
