Mint Dressing

Yield:
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, chopped1/4 tsp salt
20 fresh mint leaves (chopped) or one palmful of dried mint
Freshly ground pepper
3 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
Directions:
Crush garlic and salt. Add pepper and mint and grind a bit more. Finish by adding lemon juice and olive oil. Stir, toss over fresh greens. Also great with bread, over pasta, chicken, or anything else you want to enjoy.
