1 package (1 ounce) Williams Chili Seasoning 1 package (16 ounces) cole slaw mix 1 red pepper, chopped 3 tablespoons hot water 1 green pepper, chopped 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 4 green onions, sliced 2 teaspoons sugar 3 carrots, shredded (about 3/4 cup) 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package (2.25 ounces) sliced almonds, toasted
Directions:
Dissolve Williams Chili Seasoning in hot water. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and mayonnaise; set aside
Place cole slaw mix, peppers, onions and carrots in large salad bowl. Pour mayonnaise mixture over slaw and toss to combine. Sprinkle with toasted almonds just before serving.
