Corn Bread Dressing

Serves 10
Ingredients:
3 cups Martha White yellow cornbread, cooked & crumbled (made w/skim milk & egg whites)
1 cup bread crumbs
2 cups low-fat chicken broth
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stirring well. Spread into a baking dish sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 10
