Yield:
6 servings
Ingredients:
2 C. cauliflower pieces2 C. broccoli pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1 can lowfat chicken breast
1 8 oz. pkg. rotini pasta, cooked, drained and chilled
1 8 oz. bottle fat-free Italian dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Chill overnight.
This can also be served as a side dish of vegetables, just leave out the chicken and pasta noodles.
