Cheddar Apple Bread

1 Loaf
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups or 8 oz. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled apples
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add combined eggs, milk and butter. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a well greased and floured 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool.
