Ingredients:
Butter-flavored cooking spray5 cups blueberries
2/3 cup sugar substitute (made from sucralose and maltodextrin)
1/3 cup orange juice or 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Zest of one orange

For topping:
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup flour
¾ cup dry old fashion oats
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup light margarine (5g fat per tablespoon)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray a 9-x 13-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray; set aside.
3. Combine blueberries, sugar substitute, orange juice or liqueur, ¼ cup flour, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and orange zest in a large mixing bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.
4. In a medium mixing bowl combine brown sugar, flour oats, cinnamon and nutmeg. Using a pastry blender cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes.
