Betty Crocker's Carrot Molasses Cookies

3 1/2 doz
Ingredients:
1 pkg.. Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix
1/4 C. Butter or Margarine, softened
2 T. light Molasses, Honey or Maple flavored syrup
2 eggs or egg substitute
1/2 chopped nuts, optional
1 tub Betty Crocker Cream Cheese ready to serve frosting
Directions:
Place in mixing bowl half package of cake mix, butter, molasses and eggs. Beat using
electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in remaining cake mix.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cooking spray on cookie sheet.
Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Center will be soft.
Place on wire rack to cool.
Frost if desired.
