Slow Cooker Pork and Black Bean Chili

Yield: 8 servings, 1 cup each
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into bite sized chunks
1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
3 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup 99% fat-free chicken broth
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Directions:
- 1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, or until pork is tender.
