Man Struck By Tulsa County Deputy Vehicle Outside Jail
A man was hit by a Tulsa County deputy as he was leaving the Tulsa County jail Sunday morning. Police say the victim was lying in front of the Sally port exit when he was struck.Sunday, September 8th 2019, 9:52 am
