Tulsa's Great Raft Race 2019 Begins In Sand Springs
It's time for the annual Great Raft Race on the Arkansas River. People are launching their rafts from Case Community Park in Sand Springs and will finish at River West Festival Park in Tulsa.Monday, September 2nd 2019, 10:00 am
