Charge Dismissed For Mannford Man Accused Of Using Drug To Sexually Assault Woman

<p>A Mannford man has been arrested for first-degree rape after a woman accused him of giving her a date rape drug. Police say Alexander O. Wozencraft, 29, met the woman on a dating app.</p>

Update: The Tulsa County District Attorney's office dismissed the rape charge against Alexander Wozencraft.

Assistant DA Kenneth Elmore said that, "Based upon further investigation and research into the facts of the case, we did not feel it was appropriate to continue prosecution.”
