Funding For IHS Voted Down By U.S. House Committee
<p>Oklahoma Congressman Markwayne Mullin is pushing to keep the Indian Health Service funded during the government shutdown. His proposed bill called "Pay Our Doctors" was voted down in committee yesterday.
