Cold Weather, Growing Need Puts Strain On John 3:16 Shelter

<p>Our Oklahoma Weather experts are forecasting another round of wintry weather this weekend and people at the John 3:16 are getting ready for big crowds.</p><p>They say this season’s early frigid temperatures are putting a bind on the shelter’s budget. That combined with an above average homeless population puts the shelter over capacity.</p>
