Two Nebraska teens, involved in a shootout with Muskogee police, that ended with one being killed and the other taking their own life, have been identified. Two teenage carjacking suspects In a letter, sent out to parents and families by Blair Community Schools, Superintendent Randall Gilson identified the 17-year-old girl, who was killed by Muskogee police, as Farrah Rauch and the 17-year-old boy, who took his own life, as Joseph Dugan.
