Oklahoma Lawmakers Oppose New Pro-Labor Legislation

The U.S. House passed significant pro-labor legislation Thursday, but without the support of any of Oklahoma's members of Congress.

In fact, one member of the state's delegation played a lead role in trying to defeat the bill.

Rep. Kevin Hern, R-1st District, sat down with News 9/News On 6's Alex Cameron to discuss his attempt to amend the PRO Act and why he thinks the bill should expressly prohibit from organizing illegal immigrants.
